Wedding bar hire, poured by your guests
Your wedding should feel easy. Our self-pour keg trailer arrives stocked with the drinks you chose, chilled and ready to go, so the bar takes care of itself while you take care of the dance floor. No queue, no bar tab to watch, and no one stuck behind a counter all night.
Why couples choose a self-pour bar
No waiting. Six taps mean six drinks pouring at once, so your guests spend the night with you, not in a line.
Your menu, your way. Beer, cider, spritz, cocktails or pre-mix: pick any six from around 100 drinks.
Ice cold all night. The cool room gets down to 2 degrees and holds twelve 50 L kegs, over 600 L in total.
Room for more. Use the spare cool room space for extra drinks, desserts or the cake.
Done for you. We collect your drinks, deliver, set up and pack down. Polycarbonate schooners are included.
How it works for your wedding
1. Book your date. Check availability online and choose 4, 8 or 24 hours. We take one event per day, so the trailer is yours alone.
2. Build your drinks menu. Use our drinks page to pick your six taps and see roughly how much you'll need for your guest numbers. A 50 L keg pours about 117 schooners.
3. Lock it in. Confirm your drinks at least 10 days before the wedding. You pay the supplier directly, so drinks never appear on our invoice.
4. Enjoy the day. We arrive before your guests, set the trailer up ready to pour, and come back to pack it all away.
From the Swan Valley to Margaret River
We bring the trailer to backyards, farms, wineries and venues across Perth and the Swan Valley, Mandurah and Dwellingup, and down to Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River. Before you book, check that your venue allows outside drinks and has space for a trailer, and we'll handle the rest.
Wedding questions
How many guests can it serve?
The trailer easily caters for 150+ guests. Schooners are included for up to 50, 100 or 150 guests depending on your package.
Can we have cocktails as well as beer?
Yes. Cocktails and spritz come on tap from Idle Hands Drinks Co, next to your beer and cider.
Do we need bar staff?
